Official Osage County Channels

For a District Court warrant or county record, use the OCSO Warrant Search, call OCSO records and civil services at 918-287-3535, or call dispatch at 918-287-3131 for non-emergency routing. Booking is a separate 918-287-4295 line. OCSO publishes 900 Saint Paul Ave., Pawhuska, as the 24/7 surrender location for an Osage County Courts warrant.

The Osage County Court Clerk is at 600 Grandview Ave., Room 304, Pawhuska, and lists 918-287-4104. The office maintains District Court criminal files and appearance dockets.

City Court Contacts

Municipal questions belong to the city that issued the citation. Pawhuska Municipal Court lists 118 W. Main and 918-287-3040. Skiatook publishes a separate Warrants page and GE Portal, with City Hall at 110 N. Broadway and police at 220 S. Broadway. Hominy lists police at 201 N. Regan, 918-885-4545, and names its municipal clerk. Barnsdall uses 409 W. Main and 918-847-2980. Fairfax requires current contact verification through CivicWeb and city records.

Records Requests

OCSO's Records Division accepts specific Oklahoma public-record requests. Its form asks for requester information and a detailed description, and it lists $0.25 per ordinary photocopy page and $1 per certified page, with money-order payment before documents are provided. Those terms are OCSO-specific. A city court or the Court Clerk may use a different process. Name the record owner before requesting a copy.

Safety and Urgency

Use 911 for an emergency. Do not approach a person named in a public warrant page or attempt service. For a personal matter, save the official source and call the office that owns the record. If a page appears inconsistent, ask the clerk or sheriff to confirm the current status rather than asking this site to interpret it.
